I have had a diagnosis of fibromyalgia for 14 years, no fibro meds help and has been getting worse since July

I have gone to doctor after doctor and most recently a pain management physician in Findlay, Ohio. He says I have one of the worst cases of Fibromyalgia because of my intense pain. Could I possibly have an underlying virus infection that needs to be treated? Whenever I have my blood work done, I have an elevated WBC count. I would be happy to share any of my lab reports.
